I really look forward to his book. What irony this fellow worked on speech-writing for the “U.S. commission on civil rights.” I’m heartened that Mr. Flaherty has FINALLY seen the light on the sorry state of racial relations and our incompatibility with many of these dangerous, themselves racist co-habitants.

I tried posting commentary on the original article but both times, it seems to be in endless “loading” mode and as of yet… nothing!

I once saw a “The First 48” episode whereby a black youth came home from school and claimed he’d been beaten up by another black kid at the school. The mother gets on her cell phone and calls two thug friends, and they wind up going to the alleged “perps” (looked like “public housing”) home, and getting into an altercation with and murdering the boy’s (I know; I was as surprised as anyone) father. They were caught on a camera leaving the complex. As it turned out… the kid who went home whining to his mother had been the actual aggressor with the other kid, but had been bested in the fight. Hence the revisionism in relating the details.

So this is another reason why interactions with blacks can be dangerous as this poor Philly father is finding out. They lie. And then they grotesquely overreact on the basis of those lies. In that particular case I cited, it caused the senseless death of a rare father in the home trying valiantly to protect his son from certain violence or death.

I don’t believe for one moment that White youth knocked a Black kid off of his bike. Whites inherently know blacks are dangerous and respond in packs. It is much more credible that they might have laughed at the child.
