A former University of Kentucky student has been indicted on six counts after drunkenly calling a black desk clerk ‘n*****’ 200 times.

Racist Sophia Rosing, 22, has been charged with assaulting a police officer – a felony – and three counts of fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct as well as public intoxication.

She was indicted on the charges by a Fayette County grand jury on Wednesday, after launching into the assault against Kylah Spring on November 6.

Assaulting a cop is a felony which carries a maximum prison sentence of 10 years, while the three fourth-degree assault charges each carry a maximum 12 months behind bars.

Rosing pleaded not guilty at an initial hearing with her attorney Fred Peter in November last year.

The blond former business and marketing major stumbled into the dorms on campus in Lexington, Kentucky, before she launched herself Spring who was working the front desk.

During her rampage, Rosing told University of Kentucky police officers that she gets ‘special treatment’ because she has ‘lots of money’.

Court documents revealed she ‘kicked and bit’ officers as they tried to place her under arrest.

University Police were finally able to take Rosing into custody just before 4am on following the now-viral incident.

She was held at the Fayette County Detention Center where she refused to identify herself to officers upon her arrival in the early hours so was processed as a Jane Doe.

Rosing dropped out of school after the footage of her 10-minute-long tirade was posted online – showing her singing the racist slur as she was carted off by cops.

The former Kentucky student was released on $10,000 bail and collected by her parents trying to hide her face by holding paper in front of herself.

In the full 10-minute video of Rosing’s assault, which shows her use the n-word 200 times, she is told that she has ruined her life to which she brazenly replies ‘no I didn’t’ before singing the n-word over and over before police arrived to arrest her.

Even after the University of Kentucky officer has her in handcuffs, she can still be heard singing the word as she is dragged away.

Rosing can also be heard telling Spring to ‘do her chores’ as well as calling her an ‘ugly n***** b****’ while horrified students look on and some try to intervene.

President of the University of Kentucky Eli Capilouto confirmed that Rosing was suspended on an ‘interim basis’ as they continued their investigation.

They also said that she is no longer a student, is not eligible to re-enroll as a student and is permanently banned from the campus.

It comes after DailyMail.com revealed that she allegedly doxxed a 15-year-old girl while they were at high school together, publicly posting that she would ‘send nudes’ and falsely claimed she had an abortion.

Rosing’s lawyer also said that she would be going to rehab to address her ‘issues’ as well as undergoing ‘racial sensitivity training’.

Spring made an impassioned speech at an anti-racism march the day after the incident.

The desk clerk, a freshman at the university, became emotional as she addressed the dozens of people who attended the march in her honor. She told the crowd: ‘I was physically, verbally and racially assaulted by Jane Doe, aka Sophia Rosing.

‘This is a recurring issue in and across the American school system no matter what age.

‘I am deeply saddened by the events that took place, but I am most grateful for justice that is to come.

‘To Miss Rosing. You will not break my spirit and you will be held accountable for your actions. I only pray that you open your heart to love and try to experience life differently and more positively.

As Michelle Obama once said, when they go low, we go high. I will continue to address this situation with grace and humility.’

A year before the vile racist incident, Rosing had bragged to fellow students: ‘I’m rich as f*** and you’re obviously not’.

But DailyMail.com can reveal that she grew up in a modest three-bedroom and two-bathroom family property in Fort Mitchell with her parents and siblings.

Her father, Paul Donald Rosing, works as an Technology Executive for Messer Construction Co, but relatives of Rosing have not yet responded to request for comment.

Since the attack, Rosing herself has been fired by fashion brand Dillard’s for her outburst.

She was part of the Campus Collective Program, with a Dillard’s spokesperson saying: ‘Dillard’s does not condone this behavior. Her relationship with Dillard’s has been terminated immediately.’
