On the night of Sept. 10, four Algerian migrants physically attacked a young man due to his sexual orientation on a night bus in Hauts-de-Seine, according to police. All four suspects have been arrested.

According to a police source, a discussion started between the four individuals and the victim, who were all intoxicated. After several exchanges and debates on religion, the discussion turned to sexuality. According to the statements of the young man to police, the four men then attacked him due to his sexual orientation. The incident occurred in a night bus, in Suresnes, the district of Hauts-de-Seine.

One of the four individuals struck him with a blow to his face, fracturing his nose.

The victim was taken to the Foch hospital. The four assailants were arrested and placed in police custody. The four young adults who reside in the country illegally are under administrative deportation orders. However, as Remix News has reported in the past, only 15 percent of migrants scheduled for deportation in France are actually deported.

An investigation has been opened, led by the Nanterre prosecutor’s office.

As of late, Europe has been beset by a number of cases involving Middle Eastern and North African migrants attacking members of the LGBT community. Just this month during a pride parade in Germany, a rejected asylum seeker beat a transgender man to death in a case that shocked the country. Earlier this year, 50 individuals of “southern origin” targeted an LGBT parade, beating a number of participants and setting an LGBT flag on fire.

In June of this year, Islamic terrorists targeted Oslo’s pride parade in Norway, killing two people and injuring 21 in a mass shooting attack.

In a number of Muslim countries, homosexuality is punishable by prison and sometimes death. Critics of mass immigration from these countries point out that allowing cultures that are completely unaccepting of LGBT issues into open European societies is going to not only create societal challenges, but in some cases, could lead to open violence.
