The driver began yelling obscenities out the window, and a passenger exited the rear of the vehicle. When the officer told the passenger she was under arrest for obstructing, the driver allegedly got out and said he would fight the officer if he touched her.

The officer said the driver also was under arrest, and the driver fled on foot. {snip}
